SHIPPING POLICY

At Layali Caribe, we take pride in delivering our products with care and transparency. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and product availability.

Estimated delivery times for countries where we have physical stock:

  • South Africa: 3–7 business days

  • Zimbabwe: 3–7 business days

  • Grenada: 3–7 business days

For all other countries, shipping times will vary based on location, customs clearance, and courier services. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated after order confirmation.

Physical Stock & International Shipping

Some Layali Caribe products are stored and fulfilled locally in select countries. Shipping speed, costs, and eligibility for promotions may differ depending on whether the product is shipped from within your country or internationally.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated directly for certain destinations.

  • Free shipping applies when a customer purchases four (4) or more products, and only in countries where Layali Caribe has physical retail locations or stock availability.

  • Free shipping does not apply to international destinations where products are shipped cross-border.

Payment of Shipping

  • Shipping fees must be paid before dispatch or, in some cases, upon delivery, depending on the destination and courier arrangement.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance and home scent products, Layali Caribe maintains a strict but fair return policy to protect hygiene, safety, and product integrity.

General Returns

  • All perfume oils, solid balm perfumes, and candles are final sale.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

    • Change of mind

    • Personal scent preference

    • Used or opened products

Damaged Goods During Transit

Layali Caribe is not responsible for damage caused during transportation once the order has been dispatched. We recommend customers inspect their parcels upon delivery and report visible courier damage directly to the courier service.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

  • Defective spray bottles (e.g. spray mechanism not functioning)

  • Candle consistency issues, such as:

    • Severe separation

    • Improper setting due to manufacturing fault (excluding heat exposure during transit)

  • Solid balm perfume defects, including:

    • Improper solidification

    • Container defects affecting use

Each case is reviewed individually and must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, with clear photo or video evidence.

Special Considerations

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (label placement, slight wax frosting, natural color variation) are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.

  • Oil perfumes may vary slightly in color due to natural ingredients; this does not affect quality or scent performance.

  • Exposure to heat during shipping may affect candles and balm perfumes; this is considered a handling condition rather than a manufacturing fault.

How to Request a Review

To request a review for a defective product, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Approved refunds or replacements will be issued at Layali Caribe’s discretion.
